Security Supervisor Course

This course will create the opportunity for employment in specialist areas of the security industry. You will gain critical skills required in developing and carrying out an operational plan, supervising and managing a small team for general security operations relating to the protection of people, self-defence and the defence of others. This course is recommended only for persons who already have a level of experience within the security industry.

  • CPPSEC3013A - Control persons using empty hand techniques
  • CPPSEC3018A - Provide for the safety of persons at risk
  • CPPSEC3020A - Monitor security from control room
  • CPPSEC2018A - Monitor electronic reporting facility

Course Delivery Method

Units BSBFLM303C | BSBWOR301A can be completed self-paced from the work environment.

Units CPPSEC3001A | 3004A | 3005A | 3006A | 3009A | 3020A | 2018A  is a three (3) day course. These units are delivered approximately every three (3) months for approximately seven (7) hours each day.

Units CPPSEC3002A | 3003A | 3007A | 3013A | 3018A  are delivered fortnightly face-to-face on Wednesday and Thursday, for approximately seven (7) hours each day.
