The Certificate IV in Human Resources is suitable for individuals working in a wide range of human resources management positions. Possible job roles could include human resources assistants, human resources coordinators, human resources administrators and payroll officers. Workplace responsibilities are determined at a workplace level. Individuals employed in large companies may have responsibility for a particular aspect of human resources however in alot of instances smaller companies may expect employees to work across all aspects of human resources.

This course comprises of ten (10) units:

  • BSBWRK411     Support employee and industrial relations procedures
  • BSBINN301        Promote innovation in a team environment
  • BSBRES401      Analyse and present research information
  • BSBRSK401      Identify risk and apply risk management processes
  • BSBWRT401     Write complex documents

Participants are encouraged to bring along their laptop computer or iPad to assist with the assessment process, however it is not a requirement.

Course Delivery Method

Face-to-Face five (5) day course: This course is conducted from Monday to Friday commencing at 8.30am and runs for approximately seven (7) hours each day. This program includes a variety of training & assessment methods including presentations, projects, case studies, written & oral questioning and self paced study (the self paced study includes ten (10) units to be completed within six (6) months of attendance of the five day course).The cost of this course is $1,395.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Certificate IV Courses - RPL Application fee: $995.00. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent with the RPL Kit attached for completion. This documentation must be completed and submitted within 2 months of booking. Once your RPL application is received, an assessor will evaluate it. The assessor will then contact you for a face-to-face meeting to discuss their findings and clarify any other issues. For more information on the RPL process, please contact our office.

UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER: Each participant enrolling in a course will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number to obtain their certificate or qualification when studying  nationally recognised training in Australia. A USI gives you access to your online USI account which will help keep all your training records together. Certificates and Statements of Attainment cannot be issued without this number.
