The Certificate IV in Leadership & Management reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

The Certificate IV in Leadership & Management would be well suited but are not limited to the following occupations:   Coordinator (Business Operations),  Distribution Centre Supervisor,  Freight Administrative Supervisor,  Frontline Sales Manager,  Leading Hand,  Line Manager,  Production Supervisor,  Sales Team Manager,  Supervisor,  Team Leader and   Warehouse Team Leader

Course Content

This course includes twelve (12) units. Our standard program covers the following:

Course Delivery Method

Face-to-Face five (5) day course:  This course is conducted Monday to Friday commencing at 8.30am and runs for approximately seven (7) hours each day. This program includes a variety of leadership and management methods including presentations, individual and team projects, case studies, written and oral questioning and self-paced study (the self paced study includes twelve (12) units to be completed within six (6) months of attendance of the course). In addition to this there is a project that will need to be completed.  Participants are encouraged to bring along their laptop computer or iPad to assist with the assessment process, however it is not a requirement.  The cost of this course is currently $1,145.

Please Note - Discounted prices are for the above advertised courses only. Participants transferring from any of these courses to another course will be required to pay full price for their training. If this occurs you will be invoiced the difference upon transferring.

Self Paced Learning:   Participants can complete this course over a twelve (12) month period. All materials are forwarded to the participant at the time of enrolment. Assessments for the individual units can be sent into the facilitator as they are completed.  The cost of this course is $750.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Certificate IV Courses - RPL Application fee: $645.  Gap units - any units required to be completed: $100 per unit (up to a maximum of 6 units).  Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent with the RPL Kit attached for completion. This documentation must be completed and submitted within 2 months of booking.

Once your RPL application is received, an assessor will evaluate it. The assessor will then contact you for a face-to-face meeting to discuss their findings and clarify any other issues. If you are required to complete the full course, a discount will be offered.  For more information on the RPL process, please contact our office.

UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER:   Each participant enrolling in a course will need a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number to obtain their certificate or qualification when studying nationally recognised training in Australia.  A USI gives you access to your online USI account which will help keep all your training records together.
