Work Safely in the Construction Industry "White Card" - CPCCOHS1001A

Overview
CPCCOHS1001A - Work Safely in the Construction Industry "White Card" has replaced 30215QLD - Course in General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) "Blue Card". 

 

All people doing construction work in Qld must have successfully completed a Work Safely in the Construction Industry course recognised by Qld Law, before they start work in any construction activity (including fitouts, renovations, repairs, refurbishments and asbestos removal).  A construction induction card (also known as a White Card) is issued to a person who successfully completes the course CPCCOHS1001A - Work Safely in the Construction Industry, accredited under the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act 2000.


Course Content
The Work Safely in the Construction Industry course is comprised of four major sections:

  • Workplace Health and Safety Law
  • Risk Management
  • Construction Workplace Practices
  • General Hazards in the Workplace

The course is delivered in a self-paced format. A laminated White Card will be issued immediately upon successful course completion.


Time Table
Monday to Friday at 9am and 2pm (bookings essential). Group and onsite bookings arranged by request.
