Signage Awareness Course
What is Traffic Management Level 1?
Traffic Management Level 1 is a roadside awareness course targeted at persons who have had no exposure to working on or near roads. It aims to give these people an understanding of traffic matters and basic roadwork signage.
This course will enhance road worker safety through the identification and subsequent mitigation of specific hazards associated with working on, or adjacent to, roads in relation to construction work.
Traffic Management Level 1 IS NOT the course you are required to do prior to applying for your Traffic Controller license. Control Traffic with a Stop/Slow Bat is the course which would allow you to apply for your Traffic Controller license.

Course Delivery Method
Face-to-face approximately 2 - 3 hours: this course, Traffic Management Level 1, is a component of the Traffic Controllers Accreditation Scheme Course (Control Traffic with a Stop/Slow Bat) and, as such, is delivered as part of this course. For group and onsite bookings, please contact our office as we can deliver this as a stand-alone course.
